Privacy Policy

Because we have a simple contact form we have to have one of these privacy policies, it looks like we don't take it seriously becasue we've written it as plain as possible but we do. Where we use the phrase 'the company' or 'FRESH' we mean ourselves- 'FRESH Events'. When we say 'data' or 'information' - if it wasn't obvious, we mean what you type into a form or message box to send to us.

What data do we collect?

Your name, your email address.

What do you use it for?

So we can contact you back if you filled one of our forms in

Where is my information stored?

It's not 'stored' other than in an email message sent to a group mailbox for our team to read.
Its not currently stored in any online databases. We may keep your information somewhere offline in order to follow up. For purposes of international region its collected, stored and processed in the UK.

Who has access to my data?

Only internal staff of the company have access to your information.

How long will you keep my data for?

As its sent to us as an email, essentially until we delete it but like most people we probably never delete emails after we've dealt with them, they're put in some folder somewhere and forgotten about.

If you contacted us and we replied and we never hear from you again, unless you contact us and opt-in to some newsletter we might implement in the future you can be reasonably safe to say that you won't be harassed by us.

If you contacted us while we're in an event promotion cycle, you might get one hand-written message about our event with links to tickets, unless you reply we won't contact you again.

Are you going to sell my information to a 3rd party?

No! We hate spam as much as anyone so we've no plans to sell lists to evil mega-corporations.

Am I going to start seeing you in my social media feeds just because I contacted you?

We don't place tracking cookies in our website (our marketing people are screaming at us right now) so unless you follow our social media or are a friend of someone who does and they interact with our posts its unlikely you'll see us unless we're really that big and the 'alrogithm' thinks you should. It won't be intentional from our side. The only exception to this being us running paid advertisements and you fitting our targetting profile which will vary from promotion to promotion.

In short, unlike you doing a search for trousers in google and suddenly tons of clothes adverts pop up in your other social feeds we don't engineer stuff like that.
